Shipping Policy

Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, 6th of October City, Alexandria, and the North Coast.

• Shipping is also available to other governorates across Egypt, with fees varying depending on the location.
• Orders are usually delivered within 15 days, depending on product availability.
• Customers may schedule a delivery date more than a month after placing the order.
• In most cases, the entire order is delivered at once, but some products may be delivered separately if they require special transportation or come from different suppliers.
• Customers must ensure that the furniture fits the intended space and delivery path (doors, staircases, elevators, etc.).
• If windows or doors need to be removed to complete the delivery, these arrangements are the customer’s responsibility and at their own cost.
