All prices are listed in EGP and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability may vary depending on stock and production schedules.

–  Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement or cancel orders in the event of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or force majeure circumstances.

– Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Egyptian courts.
